What size of engagement do you take on?
From a two-week discovery sprint to a multi-month build. What matters more than size is whether the outcome is definable — if nobody can say what success looks like, that is the first piece of work.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. Fixed price suits work whose scope is genuinely settled, which is rarer than people expect. Otherwise an agreed capacity with reviewed scope gives you the same budget control without pricing in the risk of guessing wrong.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. A good deal of our work is embedded alongside an in-house team, to their process and standards. We are equally comfortable owning a delivery end to end.
Do you sign NDAs and work under our security requirements?
Routinely. Most of our references are in banking, central banking and the public sector, so contractual and security review is a normal part of starting work rather than an obstacle to it.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
We work remotely with clients across Europe and are used to regulated environments where data residency and access control are contractual. If your project requires on-site presence, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
